Application Engineer |
| Job Description |
- Technical support for electrical components in motion control system such as servo motor drive and motion controller.
- Technical support for field services and applications at local and overseas customers.
- Prepare and test for motion systems.
- Prepare and support marketing items such as exhibition.
- Support sales & marketing for technical issues.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor degree in mechatronics or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At least with 3 years of working experience in factory automation industry or related.
• Well verse in 2D/3D drawing is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with motion control especially for servo control systems.
- At least basic understanding of control knowledge such as PID tuning and servo loop topology.
- Understanding of working principles of servo motor drive will be an added advantage.
- Experience with motion control programming language in structured text environment.
- With knowledge on PLC/PC-based machine control system will be an added advantage.
- Understanding the interfacing of electronic components such as open collector, line driver, and etc.
- Strong responsibility and good team work spirit.

Motion Control Engineer |
| Job Description |
- Responsible for electrical/control components in motion control systems
- Integrate and troubleshoot motion systems with motor, amplifier, encoder, and motion controller
- Conduct servo tuning using amplifier/controller
- Program amplifier/controller to achieve system level functions required by customers
- Generate and maintain wiring diagrams of motion control systems

| Requirements |
- Degree in Control/Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with motion control system
- At least basic understanding of control theory, such as PID, feedforward
- Understanding of working principles of servo motors will be a big plus
- Experience with C/C++ programming language preferably in real-time control systems
- Understanding of interfacing of electronic components, such as TTL, open-collector, push-pull, etc.
- Good communication skills and able to work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team
- Fresh graduates with good qualifications will be considered

| Job Description |
- Develop manufacturing processes for linear motion devices and motion systems
- Work closely with design engineers during design stage and provide inputs from manufacturability perspective
- Design fixtures to facilitate production and support production during assembly and system level testing
- Continuously improve manufacturing process to streamline production

| Requirements |
- Degree or diploma in mechanical/mechatronics engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Able to conduct mechanical design using Solidworks
- Familiar with tolerance analysis
- Experience with magnet assembly and coil winding process will be a plus
- Experience with cabling and cable routing in automation equipments will be a plus
- Good communication skills and able to work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team
